EVO33 login help
Updated regularly ·EVO33 login: sign in, reset a password, fix errors
EVO33 login uses the username and password you chose in the sign-up form. The Android app asks for the same pair.
When a login fails, start with the small things: capital letters, a stray space, the currency in the reset form. This page covers those and the rest.
Open EVO33 takes you to the brand's site, where you log in. 18+ only.
EVO33 login in five taps
Signing in needs two things: the username and the password you set in the sign-up form. The steps below follow the browser version; the Android app asks for the same details.
Open EVO33
Tap the Open EVO33 button on this page, or open a bookmark you made yourself. The button leads to EVO33's site, not to a login form of ours.
Tap Login
It sits beside the Register button at the top of the site.
Type your username
Exactly as you created it. Watch for a space added by the keyboard.
Type your password
Tap the eye icon, if the box has one, to see what you typed.
Confirm
Tap Login and check that the balance shows NPR.
If you saved a bookmark, save it after a successful login, not from a link someone sent you. That way the bookmark points where you actually logged in.
Open EVO33EVO33 forgot password: resetting it
The login screen has a "Forgot password" link. Reports on the recovery form say it asks you to choose the account currency along with your details. Nepali accounts run in NPR, so pick that.
Tap Forgot password
Look for it on the login screen, near the password box.
Fill in what the form asks
Usually the username and the mobile number or email from sign-up.
Choose NPR
If a currency list appears, select NPR, the currency of Nepali accounts.
Follow the message
Use the code or link that arrives, and only on the site you started from.
Set a new password
Pick one you have never used before, then log in again.
No code after two tries? Write to LiveChat and give your username and linked mobile number. Never give the password itself, old or new.
EVO33 login problems and quick checks
| What happens | Check first | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| "Wrong password" | Caps Lock, keyboard language, a trailing space | Show the password with the eye icon, then use the EVO33 forgot password link |
| Username not found | A typo, or you registered with a different name | Ask support, giving your linked mobile number |
| Account locked | Several wrong tries in a row, if the site locks accounts | Wait, then contact support rather than guessing more |
| Page does not load | Mobile data, Wi-Fi, an outdated browser | Switch networks, update the browser, clear the cache |
| App closes or shows a blank screen | An old app build | Reinstall from the download page, see the APK guide |
| Security warning in the browser | Wrong date or time on the phone | Turn on automatic date and time |
When to contact support
Contact EVO33 support if a reset does not work, if the balance looks wrong after login, or if you see activity you did not make. Say what happened, when, and on which device. Attach a screenshot without your password in it.
EVO33 support channels
EVO33 lists many ways to reach support. Open each one from the links on the brand's own site. A contact that finds you first is not support.
Listed by EVO33. Check that the number matches the one shown on the site.
Telegram
Listed too. Fake accounts copy the name and logo, so start the chat from the site link.
Slower, but you get a written record. Good for disputes.
Facebook and Messenger
Useful for news and promotions. Keep account details out of public comments.
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Viber
Mostly promotional. Do not send login details through them.
Keeping your account safe
- Nobody from EVO33 support needs your password or SMS code. Anyone who asks is not support.
- Use a password you do not use for eSewa, Khalti, email or Facebook.
- Before typing a password, check that the page shows NPR and looks the way it did last time.
- On a shared phone or laptop, log out and refuse the browser's offer to remember the password.
- Screenshot your balance now and then, so you have something to compare against.
Messages promising to "unlock" an account or "fix" a withdrawal for a fee are scams, whatever logo they use.
EVO33 login Nepal: phone and network tips
Most EVO33 login Nepal problems on a phone come down to the connection, the browser or an old app build. A few habits help:
- Keep the browser or the app updated. An outdated version can struggle with login pages.
- If a page hangs on mobile data, try Wi-Fi, or the other way round, before resetting anything.
- Low storage can make the app crash on start. Free some space and reopen it.
- Keep the SMS inbox open during a reset, so the code is there the moment it arrives.
Lost the app entirely? Install it again with the EVO33 app guide. Your account and balance stay on EVO33's side, not in the phone.
